Essence

Focused engagement — durable protocols, clear handoff.
Essence covers a defined stretch of work: assessment, a written Wellness Blueprint, and private sessions with your practitioners. The focus is outcomes you keep — habits, routines, and documentation that still work after the engagement ends.
We use Essence when you want measurable groundwork: sleep and stress systems, nutrition and movement baselines, integrative support, and travel-ready routines where needed. You leave with a written plan, what to track (symptoms, energy, selected labs if used), and a maintenance lane so results do not end when sessions do.
Before, during, and after
Before
- Priority intake and health history; goals, constraints, and travel schedule captured so week one is substantive.
- Focused assessments as indicated — e.g. selected blood panels, symptom review, sleep and stress snapshot, posture/movement basics, and physical screening matched to your goals for this engagement.
- A concise Wellness Blueprint covering nutrition, supplementation, movement, sleep, stress, recovery, and preventive priorities — aligned to your program dates and long-term maintenance.
During
- Private one-on-one sessions (virtual and on-site: home, office, hotel, clinic, or wellness resort as arranged).
- Modalities as needed: health coaching, integrative consults, structural work / physio / bodywork, breathwork, yoga, nutrition, performance coaching — sequenced to your blueprint.
- Stress management and cognitive performance: nervous system regulation, breathing techniques, sleep hygiene, focus and burnout guardrails.
- Travel wellness protocols when you are on the move: jet lag, hydration, mobility, immune support, post-flight recovery — adjusted as your program progresses.
- Concierge scheduling and blueprint updates so priorities stay clear between sessions.
After
- Close-out: assessments used, interventions, outcomes, what to monitor for the next 30–90 days, and a maintenance checklist so gains have a shelf life beyond the program.
- Optional next step: if Elevate or Pinnacle fits, we outline it; if not, your documentation stands alone.

Intake, assessment as indicated, Wellness Blueprint, private sessions, and concierge coordination on one timeline. Many people finish with a plan they run independently; others continue into Elevate or Pinnacle when ongoing lab work and iteration are the right next step.
Cadence and homework are agreed up front: session frequency, between-session priorities, and what “done” looks like. Visits may be virtual or in-person (home, office, hotel, clinic, resort). Labs, supplements, and referrals are added only when they change decisions — not to fill time.
One scheduling and coordination thread so two practitioners never give you conflicting homework. We close the small logistics gaps that otherwise cost adherence.
