Health assessments
We begin with comprehensive health assessments to build a complete picture of each client's health, performance capacity, and risk factors. Assessments may include advanced blood testing, DNA and genetic testing, food intolerance testing, heavy metal and toxin screening, hormone and metabolic testing, sleep analysis, cardiovascular screening, and preventive health screening. Physical assessments such as posture, movement, mobility, and nervous system regulation are also included to create a full health profile.
Wellness blueprints
Based on the assessment results, we develop a fully personalized Wellness Blueprint. This serves as a strategic roadmap for improving health, performance, recovery, and longevity. The blueprint may include nutrition strategies, supplementation, exercise and movement programs, sleep optimization, stress management protocols, recovery planning, detox strategies, and preventive health planning. Programs are continuously updated as the client progresses.
Coaching & sessions
Clients receive ongoing support through private sessions with selected health and wellness practitioners, available both online and onsite. Sessions may include health coaching, physiotherapy, osteopathy, structural integration, massage therapy, personal training, yoga, breathwork, nutrition consultations, regenerative therapies, and performance coaching. Sessions can take place at clinics, offices, homes, hotels, or wellness resorts.
Stress & cognition
This component focuses on mental performance, stress resilience, focus, decision-making, sleep quality, and burnout prevention. Programs may include nervous system regulation, breathing techniques, meditation, sleep optimization, performance coaching, recovery protocols, and cognitive performance training to support high performance without compromising long-term health.
Travel protocols
For clients who travel frequently, we develop personalized travel wellness protocols to maintain health, energy, sleep quality, and performance while traveling. Protocols may include jet lag management, hydration and nutrition planning, travel supplementation, mobility routines, immune support, and recovery strategies after long flights.
